We blend the best of Sonoma Countys fruit harvests to craft this delicious apple and Pinot Noir vinegar!
We pick and press bunches of local Pinot Noir grapes and co-ferment them with our own heirloom apples. The rich blackberry and plum notes of the grapes balance the mellow tartness of the apples. Slowly barrel-aged using the Orleans Method, the result is a complex and versatile vinegar thats perfect in vinaigrettes, glazes or as a finishing sauce.
