Exterior construction includes a full angle-iron frame, stainless steel front, top, and sides, dual-pane thermal glass windows in stainless steel door frames, powder-coated handles with simultaneous door operation, a triple-mounted pressure lock door with turnbuckle assembly, a removable front control panel, and solid mineral fiber insulation throughout. The interior features a double-sided porcelainized 14-gauge liner, aluminized blower wheel, five chrome-plated racks with eleven positions spaced at a minimum of 1-5/8 (41mm). Operational components include three tubular heaters, a solid-state thermostat with a 200F to 500F (93C to 260C) range, two-speed fan motor, 1/2 horsepower blower motor with thermal overload protection, a control area cooling fan, and two interior oven lamps. Standard features comprise an SSI-M solid-state infinite control with separate thermostat and timer dials, 25 adjustable stainless steel legs for single units, and 6 adjustable legs for double sections.
