Care & Cleaning
- Can be cleaned with olive oil, which will darken it, or with a cloth and warm water, dry thoroughly
- Do not use abrasive cleansers, vinegar, or lemon-based cleansers
- Slate is not dishwasher safe
- Cheese knives are dishwasher safe, but handwashing and drying is recommended
