Probe with wire harnessThis part is a temperature probe, to be used with Alto Shaam cook and hold ovens. This is used to measure the internal temperature of food products in the oven.The probe has a range of -40F to +400F (-40C to +205C) and is accurate to within 1F (0.5C). It also features an adjustable set point that can be set from -40F to +400F (-40C to +205C). The probe is designed for use with Alto Shaam models 1000-T. The probe is stainless steel and has a long cable that reaches into center of the food being cooked.
