Made from Moscatel sherry – a floral, sweet variety similar to Pedro Ximenez – Arbum’s Moscatel Vinegar adds subtly sweet complexity to any marinade, sauce, or salad dressing. We especially love adding a few dashes to seafood stews.

Sweet moscatel wine combined with sherry vinegar from the region of Jerez, creates a semi-sweet full flavored vinegar using the tradition solera aging process. This time honored aging and blending process ensures quality and consistency from year to year. To gain the reserva distinction, the vinegars must be aged in oak casks for at least 2 years. A perfect ingredient for seasoning, marinades and sauce reductions.
