Description
The BakeMax BMTPS16 double-pass dough sheeter can produce sheets ranging from 3.94 to 15.75 inches in diameter. Each sheet passes through two sets of rollers, flattening the dough quickly and producing as much as 400 pieces each hour. For simplicity, the unit is loaded through the front and operated using a digital control system. Rollers can be adjusted to change the thickness from paper thin to about 0.19 inches. These rollers are nonstick and made of stainless steel to streamline cleaning.
