This beautiful Scandinavian turning stick will work wonders for your lefse creation! This thin stick allows you to easily transfer lefse to the griddle and flipping them while cooking. The extra width turns the lefse faster while the tapered edges slide easily under the lefse for transfer from pastry cloth to grill. The handle has a burned rose male and hole for hanging.

- We have found that the extra width is a bit more user-friendly. Tapered edges slide easily under lefse for transfer from pastry cloth to grill. Some cooks like to use 2 sticks, one for moving the lefse from the pastry cloth to the grill and one for turning on the grill. But what we have found works best is there is one for everybody…then there’s no fighting and you can practice your sword fighting skills! The handle has a burned rosemale and hole for hanging. 1.5″ wide, 24″ long. Wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately.
