Description

• Manufactured of borosilicate glass, and designed to absorb thermal expansion of temperatures from 40 C to +300 C. The non-porous glass surface is easy to clean, and also prevents the transfer of flavours or odours while cooking.
• Simax pressed products are also hardened through a controlled process during which pressure stress is created on the surface, protecting the product from mechanical and thermal shock, and increasing resistance to breaking or cracking.
• Oven, freezer and dishwasher safe. As a precaution, avoid placing pieces straight from the oven onto a cold or wet surface.
