Franmara Two-Blade Foil Cutter

Description

There are two levels on both cutting wheels, 1/4 apart (see illustration). The top level is for wider flange bottles; the lower level is for all other bottles. Four anti-slip rollers firmly guide the cutting wheels for a good, even cut. 2-1/4 wide, 2-2/4 high, 3/4 deep.
