This region, often described as Japans Mediterranean or Aegean Sea, is well-known for its mild climate, abundant sunlight, and refreshing ocean breezes, which makes it perfect for growing citrus. The harvested lemon is carefully peeled, candied with beet sugar, and dried completely, using traditional methods. This brings out a superb moderately sweet flavor with the bright tartness of Setouchi Lemons. Its not sticky at all, and its sugar coating does not crumble off. The peel has a firm texture to bite into, so you can snack on it as-is. This product does not contain any food coloring, artificial fragrance, or preservatives.
