Reusable nonstick lifter makes it simple to transfer bread out of a Dutch oven after baking. Simply place the flexible silicone lifter in the bottom of a 4-qt. Dutch oven, lightly grease, and put your shaped dough into the pan for a second rise. Once proofed, place the lid on the pan with tabs sticking out.
