Housed inside the FIDIBUS 21s beautiful beech plywood sits a 250-watt industrial strength motor, and a self-sharpening corundum-ceramic grinding mill capable of grinding 100 g (3.53 oz) fine flour a minute. Whether wheat, rye, spelt, or barley, the hopper holds 850 g (29.98 oz) of grain enough to make more than 1 kg (2.20 lb) of whole grain bread. The grind texture can be adjusted by simply turning the hopper bowl to align its index with the graphic scale on the front of the mill. Accessing the milling chamber is quick and easy – no tools required and cleanup is minimal.
