A black pepper with sweet fruity notes and a hint of suave menthol, this spice is a perfect match for red meat, oily fish (tuna and mackerel), vegetables (red cabbage and tomatoes) and legumes (lentils and chickpeas) but also red berries (strawberries, cherries, etc.) and chocolate.
